Two Cali grocers partner with DoorDash, adding on-demand delivery

The grocers include San Francisco’s Gus’s Community Market and Santa Cruz-based natural and organic grocer New Leaf Community Markets

Gus's Community Market, a family owned grocer, and New Leaf Community Markets, a Santa Cruz-based natural and organic grocer, have joined DoorDash to unlock a broader variety of locally sourced and quality selections for consumers.

Millions of consumers shop in DoorDash’s convenience and grocery categories each month. Providing local and regional grocers, like Gus’s and New Leaf, with the tools and technology they need to reach new and loyal customers stands as a high priority. As DoorDash becomes the one-stop shop for all local commerce, consumers can stock up on groceries whenever and however is best for them, whether they’re shopping for a week’s worth of groceries or simply need to top off their recipe with a missing ingredient.

Gus’s Community Market and New Leaf locations will be available on DashPass, DoorDash’s membership program that offers members $0 delivery fees from thousands of restaurants, grocery, and convenience stores nationwide.
